How long does it take until my beloved pet is back with me?
Usually about five business days. At animea, every cremation is performed as an individual cremation – in order, without exception.
How do I receive the urn?
You can pick up the urn at one of our locations, have it sent home via insured DHL shipping, or have it delivered personally to your veterinarian.
Will I definitely receive the ashes of my pet?
Yes. A fireproof numbered stone with a unique ID accompanies your pet – this rules out any mix-ups.
Is payment in installments possible?
Yes, via Klarna. This allows you to settle the costs easily in installments – without any pressure, at your own pace.
Until what time is pick-up possible?
Our drivers are on the road from 8 AM to 6 PM. We are happy to discuss later pick-ups – often still possible, but not always guaranteed.
Are you also reachable on weekends or public holidays?
Yes. There is an emergency and on-call service at every location on weekends and public holidays. Pick-ups are also possible on these days.
