As part of our move, we are relocating our operations: our location in Schramberg will close permanently at the end of October 2026.
About 20 minutes’ drive from our current location in Schramberg, our new place is taking shape. You can read here, at your own pace, what changes for you and what stays the same. We will accompany you through this time just as before.
Until the move, we are here for you in Schramberg exactly as before. Reception, consultation and cremation continue to take place at Lise-Meitner-Straße 11. Our new location – about 20 minutes’ drive from our current location in Schramberg – is currently taking shape and is not yet open for visits.

Little changes on your path with us. The same contacts, the same care, the same process. We take care of everything organisational, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
What will change from the move onwards: The cremation will temporarily be handled by our houses in Laudenbach and Usingen. Transport and organisation will lie entirely with us. The waiting time for the urn will probably be only marginally longer. Being personally present at the cremation will unfortunately not be possible during this transitional period.

Now until the move: You can reach us in Schramberg, Lise-Meitner-Straße 11. Reception, consultation and cremation take place there unchanged.
From the move onwards: Customer operations will take shape at our new location. The cremation will temporarily be handled by Laudenbach and Usingen. We take care of transport and all organisation for you.
Our goal: As soon as the permit is granted, cremation is to take place there too. We will only name a binding date once it is fixed.

About 20 minutes’ drive from our current location in Schramberg, we are setting up a place where you have time. With room for a quiet conversation, for choosing an urn and for a farewell that is not rushed.
The images show our planning, not the current state. The new location is not yet open for visits. Until then, we welcome you in Schramberg. After the move, cremations will initially still take place in Laudenbach and Usingen.
Questions that are often asked right now.
Is Schramberg really closing for good?
Yes. As part of our move, we are relocating our operations: our location in Schramberg will close permanently at the end of October 2026. We would rather tell you this clearly than leave it open.
Where will you be there for me in future?
Our new location is taking shape about 20 minutes’ drive from our current location in Schramberg. It is currently not yet open for visits. Until the move, you can reach us unchanged at Lise-Meitner-Straße 11, 78713 Schramberg.
Can I still bring my animal to you in person?
Yes. Until the move, we receive your animal in Schramberg as usual. If the journey is too much for you, we collect your animal from you or from your veterinary practice. Give us a call, we arrange everything calmly with you.
What happens to my animal after I have handed it over?
As long as we are in Schramberg, the cremation takes place there. From the move onwards, your animal will be cremated at one of our houses in Laudenbach or Usingen. We take care of transport and all organisation. You don’t have to arrange anything.
Will my animal be treated the same at the other locations?
Yes. In Laudenbach and Usingen, we work by the same principles: calm, careful and with respect for your animal. The processes are the same in all animea pet crematoria.
Does individual cremation remain possible?
Yes. Individual cremation remains possible, including during the transitional period. Your animal is clearly marked from handover and stays assigned throughout the entire process. You receive your animal’s ashes back.
Will I have to wait longer for the urn?
Probably only marginally longer. From the move onwards, the way to Laudenbach or Usingen is added; the processes themselves remain. Should it take longer in an individual case, we will tell you of our own accord.
Can I be present at the cremation?
Until the move, our existing options in Schramberg apply. In the transitional phase afterwards, personal presence at the cremation is unfortunately not possible. We still take time for the farewell from your animal. Talk to us, together we will find a way that feels right for you.
I come through my veterinary practice. Does anything change for me?
No. The process via your veterinary practice remains unchanged. You don’t have to arrange anything additional. We collect your animal there and get in touch with you.
From when will cremation take place at the new location?
That is not yet fixed. Our goal is to also carry out cremation at the new location once the permit has been granted. We will only name a binding date once we can promise it with certainty.
