You register the pet
One call is enough. We need the species, approximate weight and your practice — nothing more.
We collect
Our drivers are on the road from 8 am to 6 pm; on weekends and public holidays via our on-call service. Transport is in an Euthabag: opaque, leak-proof, biodegradable.
We advise the pet owners
If you wish, we take over the conversation about the process, urn, costs and return in full. Your team does not need to explain any of it.
We cremate individually
Every animal receives a fireproof ID stone with its own number that stays with it through to the ashes. It usually takes five working days.
We return the urn
The pet owner chooses how: personal handover at one of our locations, insured shipping via DHL, or — by appointment and during your consulting hours — collection from your practice. We handle coordination with the owner.
Also for the animals that would otherwise be disposed of.
Not every animal receives an individual cremation. Some owners do not want the ashes back, some cannot cover the costs, some leave their pet with you. For these cases there is usually only one path — disposal.
We offer you another. Animals for which no individual cremation is planned, we collect from you and cremate in our own facilities. The ashes then return to nature: in the Taunus and Odenwald in the ash scattering bed at the community tree of Harmoniewald Weilrod; in the Black Forest at the woodland edge of our site in Schramberg.
We offer this service exclusively to veterinary practices and animal clinics. On request we will tell you the date of cremation. Billing is directly with your practice — we discuss the terms in person.

A dignified farewell begins in your practice. For every individual cremation you refer to us, your practice or clinic receives fair recognition from us for the work that already happens with you before collection. That has nothing to do with the invoice the pet owner receives for the cremation.
