Answers to your questions
How long until my companion is back with me?
Usually about five working days. At animea every cremation is an individual cremation – one after another, without exception.
How do I receive the urn?
You can collect the urn at one of our locations, have it shipped home by insured DHL, or have it delivered personally to your vet.
Am I guaranteed to receive my companion's ashes?
Yes. Treating your loved ones with dignity matters deeply to us. A fireproof numbered stone with a unique ID accompanies your companion – so mix-ups are ruled out.
Is payment in installments possible?
Yes, via Klarna. You can settle the costs easily in installments – without pressure, at your own pace.
Until when is collection possible?
Our drivers are on the road from 8 am to 6 pm. Later collections we are happy to discuss with you – often still possible, but not always guaranteed. We come to you as soon as we can.
Are you reachable at weekends or on public holidays?
Yes. Every location has an emergency and on-call service at weekends and on public holidays. Collections are also possible on those days.
In which regions can I use your service?
Within about 100 km of our locations our service is straightforward and quick. Live farther away? Call us – we may find a solution together. Of course you are also welcome to bring your companion to us.
